Level 1-2 is appropriate for beginners and regular yogis (male students) and yoginis (female students). <\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Level 2 classes are more briskly paced. Knowledge of asanas (poses) is required.<\/em><\/p>\n\n\n\n
