{"id":101,"date":"2009-03-11T17:52:14","date_gmt":"2009-03-11T22:52:14","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/yogawithbarbara.net\/?p=101"},"modified":"2009-03-11T17:54:47","modified_gmt":"2009-03-11T22:54:47","slug":"words-from-my-friend-khelly-the-chiropractor","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/yogawithbarbara.net\/?p=101","title":{"rendered":"Words from my friend Khelly the Chiropractor"},"content":{"rendered":"<div><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><\/p>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">I just came form a weekend long seminar <\/span><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">where over <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">200 papers from all over the <\/span><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">world and by all kinds <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">of researchers mostly M.D.s <\/span><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">and Ph.D.s on <\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">spinal pain, endurance and functions.<\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">Bottom line:\u00a0<strong>YOGA <\/strong>and Thai Chi\u00a0as the best exercises<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">in conjunction with spinal adjustments\u00a0resulted in\u00a0the<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">best results to <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">remodel, repair and reduce spine dysfunction<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\"><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">and pain.<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<div>\u00a0<\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">In particular the cat\/dog pose, the tree (especially on an<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">unstable foundation), the lay-on-the-ball, rise one arm, then the<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">other, then both, raise one leg, then the other, then one arm and<\/span><\/div>\n<div><span style=\"color: #800080; font-family: Times New Roman;\">opposite leg, reverse combination.
