the poses will feel clean and the free-flowing energy will be unobstructed.\u00a0 Pain and tension are forms of blocked energy.\u00a0 Yoga opens these energy blockages\u00a0freeing circulation, making you feel good and your life run more smoothly. \u00a0The basic truth is that we are all aspects of the creative Divine Consciousness, grounded in Love and Goodness.\u00a0When honestly look within, we discover this basic truth is alive within us and\u00a0we relax into a sense of welcome relief and comfort. <\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: bold;
