Yoga as the Art of Living Well

 

Yoga brings together body and mind so the spirit can play!  It just sneaks in as we continue to practice.  I love to see the transformational changes that take place physically as well as mentally in all my students, as well as in me.  Yoga is the art of living well, living life to our highest possible experience.  Life is for practice and practice is for life.  So be glad you are enjoying LIFE and YOGA!
