I will be sitting in the hot tubs overlooking the Pacific Central/North West watching the whales and their babies make their way to wherever they go at the lovely Esalen Instute Retreat Center. The venue is Fire in the Belly, Honey in the Heart: Spring Detox Retreat.
Micheline Berry and her merry band of music men will be leading the celebration of life, yoga, dance and as Erich would say, LIFE LIVE! Can’t wait. I’ll be so excited to share all I learn with all of you when I get back.
