I will be offering a teacher training intensive session for any and all yogis who are interested in an effort to “learn more of what we teach”. This course is extremely beneficial to those who want to deepen their own practice as well as share their love of yoga with the extended family, yoga community or maybe just with personal friends and family. Yoga is the gift that continues to give back to the giver ten fold.
