This is a great little darma talk actually on meditation. I had just asked Erich before class why it seemed that most of the time all I hear is my own voice and that high pitched static wine. He just chuckled and said that there was a good answer but it had passed through and he’d lost it for right then. When we sat down to meditate this is what he came up with. After class I thanked him deeply for his lovely explanation of something that is so difficult to wrap words around.
