Hi, I’m Barbara Bannerman.  I have been practicing yoga for over 40 years, and teaching for the last 15 years.  If you are looking for a yoga class that will bring you peace, fitness, flexibility and a few laughs along the way, I encourage you to attend  one of my ongoing classes a retreat or.
